Stephen Roger
Stephen is a Senior Partner of Walker Wayland NSW Sydney.
His prime interests are in local and international tax and corporate advisory services. He acts for a wide range of corporate clients including private family companies to international trading companies as well as an adviser to high wealth individuals and international organisations.
He is extensively involved in providing advice to Australian companies seeking operations overseas and oversees holding companies establishing their business in Australia.
Stephen is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, registered public accountant, auditor and tax agent.
Stephen was Worldwide Chairman of BKR International for the years 1996-1998. He is also currently a member of the Worldwide Board.
Stephen has been actively involved in the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and is currently Chairman of the Chartered Accountants Advisory Group in NSW. He has also been involved on the boards of a number of high profile companies and was the Chairman of the Board of SPAR Australia Limited from October 2004 to March 2010.
